This footage shows a speeding Audi ramming a small lorry off the road and into a pole, causing it to catch fire.
The incident took place on Gagarinsky Bridge in Kaluga, in Russia on Monday, 21st April.
The footage, filmed on the dashcam of another car, shows it crossing the bridge when it is overtaken by the Audi Q5.
The white Audi speeds down the road but apparently misjudges the distance separating it from the other vehicle, a small Gazelle lorry, and deals it a glancing blow as it passes it by.
This causes the other vehicle to veer straight off the road and into a pole.
Aftermath footage shows the vehicle on fire, with reports saying that the driver and passenger of the burning vehicle were taken to hospital with unspecified injuries. There has been no update on their condition.
The police said in a statement: "A man born in 1986, driving an Audi Q5, trying to overtake a Gazelle and a Kia, manoeuvring between lanes, collided with the said vehicles, as a result of which the Gazelle subsequently ran into a lighting pole and caught fire."
It is unclear if the driver of the Audi, not named, has been arrested.
