This footage shows a Nissan Skyline that swerved into a different lane to avoid a puddle and smashed a Toyota Prius into cars on the other side of the road in a shocking five-car pile-up.
The crash, which took place in Khabarovsk, in Russia, on Tuesday, 22nd April, shows the Skyline apparently trying to change lanes at the last second, without indicating, to avoid a puddle, causing it to hit the Toyota Prius.
The other car veers onto the other side of the road and smashes into the vehicle filming the scene on its dashcam, reportedly a Lexus, while also hitting a lorry and a Land Cruiser.
The airbags in the Toyota Prius go off, with a woman in the car filming heard bursting into tears in shock.
The man in the car can be heard saying to her (in Russian): "Why are you crying? You're alive! Everything is fine."
The regional traffic police said: "The driver of a Nissan Skyline failed to yield to a Toyota Prius when changing lanes.
"After the impact, the Prius continued moving and drove into the oncoming lane, where it collided with three more cars: a Mitsubishi Fuso Canter, a Lexus, and a Toyota Land Cruiser. The Prius driver was injured and taken to hospital."
