The parents of a young doctor who died when a suicidal nurse landed on her after leaping from a hospital balcony are calling for prosecutors to bring the health authority to court.
Brilliant medic Isabel Cristina Munoz Chaves, 28, died instantly from massive head injuries when the nurse fell more than 100 feet on top of her as she took a break in a clinic cafe.
Now, more than eight years after her bizarre death at the Hospital Universitario del Valle in Cali, Colombia, her angry parents have accused prosecutors of refusing to take on the clinic.

Isabel had been on a coffee break when a student nurse plummeted from a seventh floor balcony landing on top of her.
The medic died instantly while the nurse, although critically injured, survived.
Now Isabel's parents have accused justice officials of ignoring their calls to prosecute the hospital officials for negligent homicide.
They believe that health officials should have done more to make the hospital balconies suicide proof with netting and barriers.
The Attorney General's office insists it is "still investigating" the criminal case.

The family say they want the case in court not only for Isabel but also to ensure that hospital safety standards are improved to prevent similar tragedies.
Dad Dr Bernardo Munoz said: "We have waited almost eight years without answers. This is unbearable."
He added: "We don't want revenge. We just want someone to say what happened and why.
"I believe that justice should be at work here. Sometimes one wonders: why has it taken so long?"
The nurse, 23-year-old Maria Isabel Gonzalez, had reportedly been seen crying and talking on the phone before she jumped.
She then walked along a corridor and without warning jumped from the building, bursting through a canopy and onto the doctor below.
Isabel's heartbroken parents told local media that if the the health authority is prosecuted judges could award compensation so they can set up a medical foundation in her honour.
One civil case against the hospital has already been rejected in court and an appeal is ongoing.
Dr Munoz and Isabel's bacteriologist mum Socorro Chaves say Isabel had dedicated her life to medicine and dreamed of helping others through research and patient care.

She had started a residency in internal medicine and was planning to specialise in endocrinology.
Dr Munoz said: "Really, Isabel saved her life, because there is no other explanation."
Socorro said she knew something dreadful had happened to her daughter because she felt a sudden chill at the exact time Isabel was dying on 15th June 2017.
She said: "I haven't been able to accept that she's gone. I've just learned to learn to live with that pain, avoiding the things that remind me she's gone."
