A businessman drowned in his GBP 175,000 Lamborghini supercar in a horror crash when it somersaulted off the road and landed upside down in an irrigation ditch.
Construction boss Luca Polito died when he lost control of his newly-bought 201mph Gallardo as he was putting it through its paces on country roads near Venice, Italy, on 19th April.
He was unable to escape from the crashed white sports car and drowned in mud and water filling the trench.

Fire service divers, though, managed to free a friend from the passenger seat of the V-10 5.2 litre car and helicoptered him to hospital in Portogruaro with serious injuries.
Luca, 51, had just bought the Lamborghini and was showing it off to his pal when he lost control and the car flipped into the ditch.
His friends say Luca worked hard for years to be able to buy his dream car.

They added: "He was a special person — kind, thoughtful. He never hesitated to help someone in need."
Police are investigating the crash.
Luca leaves behind a wife Sonia Trevisan and a son, Andrea.
