A beautiful young woman regarded as fit and healthy by her family has shocked even experienced medics when she died from a heart attack shortly after celebrating her 27th birthday.
The incident, which doctors now believe to have been an extremely rare heart attack given her age, occurred in the city of Perm, located in the Perm Krai region of Russia, on 1st May.

The young woman named only as Vlada Sh., who worked as a sales consultant at the "Golden Apple" store, suddenly felt severe chest pain during her shift around 10:00 pm that day.
She lost consciousness and was found in the restroom by colleagues.
Emergency services arrived promptly and managed to restart her heart multiple times before transporting her to the hospital in critical condition.
Despite intensive care efforts, Vlada remained in a coma and passed away on the night of 6th May.
Doctors diagnosed her with acute myocardial infarction, a condition rarely seen in individuals of her age.
Such heart attacks are typically associated with older adults and are often caused by long-term conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or chronic stress.
In young adults, especially women in their twenties with no known health issues, such occurrences are extremely rare and usually prompt thorough investigation to rule out underlying or genetic conditions.
Vlada had just celebrated her 27th birthday and was known for her active lifestyle and good health.
Her sudden death has shocked her community, with friends and family expressing disbelief and sorrow.
