Football icon Neymar has splashed out more than GBP 1 million on a personalised Ferrari SUV to ferry his ever-growing family around.

The black four-door, four-seater Purosangue, which goes from 0-60mph in just 3.3 seconds, was spotted being delivered to his home in Brazil, local media reported on 13th May.

Instagram snaps show the 6.5-litre V12 car, with a top speed of 194mph, came complete with his name 'Neymar Jr' engraved into the door sills.

Local media reports in Santos, Sao Paulo state, say he splashed out BRL 7.5 million (GBP 1.002 million) on the ultimate family car.

The Ferrari will join Neymar's fleet of luxury motors including Lamborghinis and Porsches.

The new four-seater will come in handy for the football superstar's rapidly growing role as a dad.

The player and his on-off model girlfriend Bruna Biancardi, 30, are expecting their second daughter.

Bruna, who gave birth to their first child Mavie in October 2023, revealed she is pregnant with another girl in an emotional video she posted to her nearly 14 million Instagram fans.

The video showed Mavie kissing her mum's tummy as she lay alongside Neymar and his son Davi Lucca, 13.

Earlier this year, striker Neymar announced his return to Santos, the club where he started his career, after a disastrous spell at Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal.

After forking out a GBP 76 million transfer fee the club paid him GBP 126 million a year, despite him scoring just one goal in seven appearances.
