A 23-year-old female motorcyclist was hospitalised after colliding with a car with such force that her helmet flew off.

The incident was captured on an eyewitness's dashcam at an intersection in the city of Vologda, Russia, on Wednesday, 7th May, 2025.

The accident occurred on Herzen Street in the city.

The biker, while turning left, failed to yield to an oncoming Opel Astra driven by a 64-year-old man.

The dashcam footage shows the biker attempting the turn without giving way, leading to the collision.

She sustained multiple injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
