A perfume influencer and her boyfriend both died when their luxury snowbike plunged down a mountain ravine during an extreme sports holiday.

Mum-of-two Anastasia Bachurina, 43, and her partner has been returning down the peak in their TREKOL snowmobile when they flew off the edge of the steep crevice on 1st May.

Grim police footage of the crash site in Russia's Polar Urals on the edge of the Arctic Circle shows the crushed wreckage of the snowbike at the bottom of the drop.

Bad weather had delayed a rescue bid and stopped a helicopter reaching the site on the day of the crash.

When rescuers finally arrived the next day Anastasia's 37-year-old partner, named only as Vladimir S., was already dead and Anastasia was just clinging to life.

She was rushed to hospital in Kharp and later transferred to a specialist clinic in Labytnangi, but died four days later on 5th May from multiple injuries.

Friends said Anastasia had always lived life to the fullest, embracing extreme sports like parachuting, rafting, and snowmobiling.

She once said: "A lot of people just don't understand.

"They say to me, 'You’re a girl'. So, what? What if am I a girl?

"For me, this is not just a hobby, but a whole addiction and a huge chapter in my life with fantastic adventures and friendships with interesting people."

Vladimir's heartbroken sister Arina said: "My soulmate, my beloved brother, has died.

"He left beautifully. In the mountains, in love, having finally experienced the joy of life. Tears flow by themselves. It hurts, it hurts so much."

Police confirmed they are investigating the double death.
