Russian forces have released this footage they claim shows FPV drones destroying a vehicle and an armoured vehicle used by Ukrainian troops.

The video was published by the Ministry of Defence on 24th September and was reported to have been filmed in Sumy region, Ukraine. The footage could not be independently verified.

The clip shows a drone closing in on a vehicle before it explodes on a road.

Another strike then hits an armoured vehicle, which bursts into flames.

The ministry said the vehicles had been carrying ammunition, supplies and personnel.

It reported that the drones first immobilised the vehicles before further strikes destroyed them.

No names, unit positions or casualty figures were provided.
