A gorgeous influencer has been found dead in mysterious circumstances after disappearing during a jet ski ride with friends.

The body of Jaqueline Barbosa Nascimento, 22, was discovered on Wednesday, 3rd September, at the Jaguari dam in Igarata, in the state of Sao Paulo state, Brazil, after a three-day search involving firefighters, police and divers.

She had gone missing on 31st August and has been officially recognised by a relative when her body was recovered.

The case has been registered as a suspicious death by the Public Security Secretariat.

According to relatives, two people who were with Jaqueline on the jet ski gave conflicting statements to investigators.

Security camera images from a nearby residence are being analysed by the Civil Police.

The Fire Department, Military Police and Civil Guard mobilised support vessels and divers during the four-day search.

The body has been sent to the Forensic Medical Institute to determine the cause of death.

Jaqueline lived with her parents and younger sister in Parque de Taipas, in northern Sao Paulo.

Friends described her as a sweet and generous person who loved an adventurous lifestyle.

Gabrielle Reis, one of Jaqueline's friends, said: "She was always a very docile, loving girl, always considerate of others.

"She was a good person, a good friend."

On social media, where she had around 12,500 followers, Jaqueline shared pictures and videos of boat trips, travels, and parties.
