A 110-year-old woman incredibly survived being lost in a forest with no food or water for three whole days before she was found by a search dog and rescued.
Video footage shows volunteers carrying exhausted Anastasia Petrovna Yurchenko on a stretcher out of the dense woods in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia.
Anastasia disappeared on 14th August while she was out walking near her village of Maloe Tumanovo and could not find her way back out of the forest.
Her 75-year-old son, Yegor Yurchenko, realised she was missing hours later and started looking for her.
Local residents joined the search, combing through woods, fields, and nearby villages but without success.
Only on the third day did a search dog find the elderly woman on the edge of a village.
It seemed she had tripped and fallen into tall bushes and could not even call out for help. She spent three days waiting for rescue, without food or water.

The old woman endured the ordeal with remarkable resilience and is now recovering at home.
Her exact age is unclear since there is no documents to confirm it, but her son says she is about 110 years old.
Despite her advanced age, Anastasia is very active and likes to go on walks around the village.

Neighbour Tamara Bukina said: "The old woman is lively. She sits, stands up, and walks without a cane. I admire her. She's a sprightly lady."
