A schoolboy who Googled how to get away with murder has been jailed for 15 years for the brutal killing of his 14-year-old girlfriend.
The 15-year-old killer had searched 'axes and cleavers', 'latex gloves', 'bloodstained things' and 'gun prices' before stabbing Hacer Cagla Cetinalp more than 100 times.
He also made a grim shopping list of things to buy for the murder, like 'hammers', 'saws', 'knife sets' and 'electric drills', Turkey's Izmir 2nd Juvenile High Criminal Court heard.

The killer, named only as U.E.Y., was found guilty of torture and the brutal murder 13 months ago, on 23rd June 2023, in a ruling announced on 16th July.
Hacer's body had been found in her bedroom, lying in a pool of blood by her policeman father when he came home from work, the court heard.
Earlier, the court heard how U.E.Y. had come to the house and told her: "I have a surprise for you. Go to your room and wait for me."

A search of the killer's phone and other devices found a macabre search history as he plotted Hacer's murder.
He'd become a frequent visitor to forums that discuss murder methods, how to strangle someone to death and 'the art of killing with my bare hands'.
