A model accused of hiring a Mafia hitman to make her former London lover an offer he could not refuse over a EUR 50,000 pair of earrings is being investigated in Italy.
Prosecutors in Milan say influencer Elisia Todesco, known as Taylor Mega to fans, recruited a mobster from a ruthless 'ndrangheta clan to put the frighteners on her ex.
Her 38-year-old former lover, local media reported on 2nd July, had demanded the return of the jewellery after they broke up.

But instead, say prosecutors, she hired a Mafia thug to "convince him" to give up all claims on the earrings.
Todesco, 31, is also being investigated for defamation over comments she is said to have made about her ex to her three million Instagram followers.
But the influencer seems to be shrugging off the scandal.
Within hours of it breaking, she posted a snap of herself dancing with the caption: "When a bomb is about to explode on you, but the playlist drops this other bomb."
