This is the trotter-on moment a nine-year-old boy shows off his bizzare school run as he speeds around the family farm on the back of his pet pig.

Animal mad Gutinho Rocha has been riding anything he can climb onto from the family estate in Girau do Ponciano, in eastern Brazil.

His videos of him riding cows, donkeys and other livestock have gone viral with his 1.2 million Instagram followers.

One showing him in a crash helmet and his sow named Foguete, or Rocket, wearing Adidas shorts has been liked more than two million times.

And his series of clips has clocked up an astonishing 150 million views as 'Menino do Sertao', or Boy from the Backlands.

The video caption jokingly reads: "Our darling returning from school wearing a helmet and riding a pig with Adidas shorts.

"School starts at 1 pm. Me leaving the house at 12:59 pm."

Mum Ana Paula explained: "The interesting thing is that the pig only lets him ride. She doesn't let other people ride her.

"He’s also tamed the donkeys and is always running around with the dogs."
