This is the horrifying what the cluck moment a pervert is discovered sexually abusing chickens in their coop.

Shocking CCTV footage of the attack was recorded in Cascavel, southern Brazil, on 6th June on a camera installed by a farmer after they noticed strange injuries to his livestock.

Three birds had been found dead in their run and a their pet rabbit was discovered with injuries to its mouth and anus.

The hard-to-watch clip shows the 66-year-old abuser stripped to the waist and wearing a hat as he creeps through the coup looking for a victim.

As he moves off-camera the birds begin to cluck uneasily.

Then as he returns now naked he is seen carrying one luckless chicken in his right hand and lowers it down towards his crotch as it screeches in agony.

But the bird's ear-piercing shrieks jolted the farm owners awake and they discovered the revolting scene.

It later emerged that the abuser was a homeless man who had been allowed to squat in an outbuilding.

When his horrified benefactor challenged him he said: "The chicken wanted to keep me company tonight."

Police arrested the suspect, who has not been named, on charges of bestiality, which carries a maximum jail sentence of five years in Brazil.

A further search of the man's bed found feathers, blood stains and bird droppings on his mattress.

Of the eight chickens living in the coop, seven were sent for veterinary treatment for ruptures to their cloaca.

The case is under further investigation.
