The six-month-old son of multi-millionaire baby blogger Viih Tube was in a hospital ICU for more than 20 days after being diagnosed with a severe allergy to cow’s milk protein.
The Brazilian influencer has generated millions from her daughter Lua's and her son Ravi's adorable performances on social media.
Now it has emerged that tiny Ravi spent nearly a month fighting for life after medics diagnosed a rare transmission of dairy milk protein.

Mum Viih has revealed that Ravi was admitted to hospital after she noticed a strange skin rash and bloody poo in his nappies, local media reported on 6th June.
Even though he had been exclusively breastfed since his birth in November last year (2024), medics in Sao Paulo, says Viih, eventually diagnosed Cow's Milk Protein Allergy.
The rare condition, which hits just one per cent of babies and toddlers, can trigger symptoms like agonising rashes and deadly anaphylactic shock.

Viih and Ravi's dad Eliezer said they were told that protein from cow's milk which his mum had drunk were transmitted to the tot in her breast milk.
His 24-year-old mum explained in a social media post on 3rd June: "At seven days of life, Ravi began to show abdominal discomfort.
"He released gases with strong smell, and over time spots appeared on the skin and he had faeces with blood."
She added: "I share a very difficult moment in my life - the hospitalisation of Ravi.

"For the first time, I talk about it with complete sincerity. Seeing Ravi with pain, colic, hives, diaper rash, blood in the stool and to not understand what was happening broke my heart.
"When he was admitted, the doctors didn't even imagine it could be an allergy. It was scary to see his body so inflamed it almost ruptured his intestine.
"You blame yourself, you feel lost, you think you are doing something wrong. Until the diagnosis came."
And in a warning to other mums Viih added: "It's very important to trust our instincts. If you notice something is wrong, see a doctor. Information is everything.
"After a long treatment, Ravi is now in good health, and is gaining weight normally.

"My goal is to help other mothers recognise the signs I had to identify.
"The sooner the diagnosis, the better for the baby and the whole family.
"I am sharing this so that more mothers can know."
Ravi was eventually discharged from hospital on 14th December and is now back to full health.
Ravi became an instant social media star with tens of thousands of followers just minutes after his birth.

His sister Lua, born in April 2023, has amassed millions of followers online and was dubbed the "multi-millionaire baby" for the huge brand deals secured by her parents.
Her first birthday parry had a BRL 400,000 (GBP 62,000) budget themed around the Disney film 'Encanto'.
Her parties have included celebrity guests, lavish catering, and elaborate decorations shared widely by her parents on social media.
