This footage shows a swarm of bees clinging tightly to the front door of a parked car that was spotted roaming city streets with the tiny hitchhikers.
The video was filmed in Khabarovsk, Russia, and was shared on Russian social media on Tuesday, 3rd June.
It comes amid a wave of similar incidents, with swarms previously spotted attacking several other vehicles in the city.
Experts say the unusual phenomenon is linked to the bees’ natural swarming period, when overcrowded hives prompt colonies to fly off in search of new homes.
Attracted by the light reflecting off car surfaces, the insects often cluster temporarily on vehicles.
According to beekeeper Alexey Zinchenko, bees are not aggressive during swarming, but people should avoid disturbing them or setting traps.
He said: "This can seriously harm the insects.
"The best option is to call professional beekeepers."
