A pedal scooter rider slammed into two pedestrians before scarpering and leaving his mate behind in a hit-and-run caught on CCTV.
The crash took place in the town of Uzlovaya, Tula Oblast, Russia, on Wednesday, 28th May.
The footage shows two men sharing a scooter as they plough into a pair of walkers on a pedestrian path.
The impact flings the passenger off the scooter and onto the ground.
Before he could scramble back up, the rider jumps back on the scooter and speeds off alone into the distance.
Local police have not confirmed whether any injuries were reported or if the scooter pair have been tracked down.
The video has reportedly made the rounds on Russian social media, with many mocking the rider for the cold-hearted getaway.
