Footage from the scene shows guests screaming and ducking for cover as the large mirror ball suddenly falls from the ceiling during the "kina gecesi" – a traditional Turkish pre-wedding henna night.
The party had been in full swing with music and dancing and the bride at the centre of attention was being filmed when the fixture broke free and plummeted into the centre of the room.
Several people can be seen clutching their heads and shielding themselves as shards of glass fly across the venue.
The huge ball knocked the bride to the ground as guests rush over to help her.
Emergency services were quickly called and at least three people were treated for injuries on-site, including the bride who suffered head wounds. Some reports indicated that she ended up being hospitalised for treatment.
A man at the venue can be heard in the video yelling "Call an ambulance!" moments after the impact.
Many guests fled the hall in shock, with some left trembling as they tried to process what had happened.
Authorities have launched an investigation into the cause of the collapse, which is believed to have been a result of faulty mounting.
