A motorist rammed two suspected motorcycle thieves on a busy motorway after they allegedly robbed him at gunpoint.
The incident occurred on Federal Highway 57 between the cities of Queretaro and San Luis Potosi in central Mexico on Saturday, 10th May.
The driver, whose identity has not been disclosed, reportedly accelerated his vehicle to strike the motorcycle from behind, causing both riders to be thrown onto the road.
One of the suspects was seriously injured, while the other attempted to flee but was apprehended by authorities shortly after.
Local media reports indicated that the individuals on the bike had been armed and the weapons, including a shotgun, were recovered when they were arrested.
Authorities have not yet released official statements regarding potential charges against the driver or the suspects.
