This the bizarre moment a naked 22-stone man crashes onto an air conditioning unit after he was sent hurtling out of a ninth-floor apartment during a violent row with a woman.

The man, not named by local media in Krasnogorsk, near the Russian capital Moscow, had been partying in the early hours of the morning on 13th May at the woman's flat.

But at 5am neighbours were woken by the sounds of screaming followed by a sickening crunch as the nude reveller landed on the AC unit of seventh floor apartment below.

The clip shows the spark out man naked and smeared with blood comatose on the unit above a 100-foot drop to the ground.

Then it cuts to firefighters after they have pulled him into an eighth-floor flat through a sitting room window.

Neighbour Maria told local media: "They arrived and decided, apparently, to continue their party, drink, have sex, I don’t know, because the man was completely naked.

"Then she began to bang very hard on the floor and scream."

Maria's boyfriend ran to the floor above to tell them to keep quiet.

But she said: "We said we would call the police but he jumped from the ninth floor and landed under our window."

Maria added: "After he fell I covered him, threw a diaper over him because he had bare genitals, so as not to cause psychological trauma to anyone, especially children."

Lawyer are drawing up estimates of the damage caused and say they plan to sue the woman for damages.

Another neighbour named only as Yulia, said: "In the morning it turned out that the woman had simply thrown all of the man's things out the door into the entryway and gone to bed."

A Ministry of Emergency Situations spokesperson confirmed the fall and said the injured man had refused to go to hospital.

Police are reportedly investigating.
