The shocking crash, caught on security CCTV in Kyzyl, Tuva Republic, southern Russia, on 6th May, left the woman fighting for life in a hospital intensive care unit.
The clip shows the 46-year-old victim crossing the a road into a city car park when the teen driver comes speeding up to the entrance.
As she turns right, she apparently oversteers, and when she turns back, she smashes into the pedestrian.
Then after knocking her to the ground, she drives straight over her trapping her under the Toyota Matrix hatchback as she finally brakes and the clip ends.
The victim suffered severe injuries, including collapsed lungs, a crushed chest cavity, multiple fractures, and severe bruising.
The teen told police she had been taught to drive by her stepfather and had previously been allowed to get behind the wheel by relatives.
She claimed that while she was driving the car, which belonged to her boyfriend, she mixed up the throttle and brake pedals and could not stop.
Police are investigating the crash.
